Singing together. Growing together.
In this workshop with Claudia Masika, participants explore the power of group singing. Multivoiced songs with gospel elements are learned, combining singing with rhythm and movement. Various musical influences and languages come together—from English to Swahili and Zulu.
Through call-and-response singing, participants gradually learn the melodies and parts. No prior music reading skills are needed. The focus is on making music together, enjoying the process, and experiencing the creation of a shared sound as a group.
Depending on the workshop format, the joint work may conclude with a concert or a musically enriched church service.
No workshops are currently scheduled.
For anyone who enjoys singing and sharing musical experiences together. No previous experience is required.
